LESS EFFORT. MORE IMPACT

WHAT WE OFFER

At SWAY, we specialise in creating refined, lasting enhancements that elevate your natural beauty. Every treatment is tailored to your features, using advanced techniques and premium pigments for results that feel effortless yet impactful. The finish is always soft, seamless, and never overdone.

At SWAY, we offer the latest techniques in eyebrow tattooing from Microblading to Soft Ombre Brows or a combination of both. Every treatment is designed to enhance your natural features and fit effortlessly into your lifestyle.

Your final technique is always selected in-studio after a thorough consultation and brow analysis, ensuring the most flattering, long-term result.

We also offer flexible pricing based on artist experience and skill level. Our Principal Artist offers both Microblading and Ombre Brows, while our Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, Dayzee, currently specialises in Ombre Brows only. This gives you options to suit your desired style, price point, and availability without compromising on quality.

MICROBLADING (FEATHER BROWS)

Fine, hair-like strokes are created using a handheld tool to mimic the look of natural brow hairs. Best suited to dry or normal skin types for a soft, feathered finish.

OMBRE BROWS

A soft, shaded brow that gradually transitions from lighter at the front to more defined through the arch and tail. Known for its versatility, longevity, and beautifully healed results across all skin types.

COMBINATION BROWS

A blend of both hair-like strokes and soft shading offering the definition of Ombre with the added texture of Microblading. Ideal for those wanting the best of both techniques.

Lip Blush is a specialised service exclusively offered by our Principal Artist.

Highly experienced and trained by some of the industry’s most respected artists, Brooke is known for her meticulous eye for detail and soft, natural results.

From subtle tones to softly defined contours, every treatment is tailored to enhance your natural lip shape, improve symmetry, and add long-lasting colour.

This service is ideal for those seeking a refined, low-maintenance alternative to daily lip colour. Delivered with precision, care, and artistry.

Your lips are expertly mapped on the day of your appointment along with colour selection. You are welcome to bring in your favourite gloss or lipstick to match, or Brooke can custom mix a shade for you on the day.

Lash Enhancement Tattooing creates the illusion of fuller, darker lashes by delicately implanting pigment along the lash line.

Exclusively performed by our Principal Artist Brooke, this treatment is ideal for those seeking subtle definition without the look of obvious makeup.

The result? Naturally enhanced eyes that feel effortless, polished, and perfectly understated.

Wake up with definition — no liner required. This is the perfect addition if you are thinking of packaging your cosmetic tattoo treatments.

YOUR COSMETIC TATTOO GUIDE

Please read the following information thoroughly.

About Cosmetic Tattooing

Cosmetic tattooing is considered a permanent procedure, as the results cannot be washed off. However, the pigment will gradually fade over the years. Traces of pigment will always remain. Regular refreshes between 1-3 years are required to maintain shape and colour.

Our pigments are safe, high quality, vegan, cruelty-free, gamma-ray sterilised, and free from heavy metals. They are specially formulated for implantation into the skin and designed to heal naturally.

Pigment colours are selected individually, taking into account your skin tone, hair colour, eye colour, and personal preference.

The shape is carefully mapped, measured, and drawn during your consultation. Tattooing only begins once you are happy with the design.

Your appointment includes a full consultation and an aftercare kit.

Sessions & Touch Ups

All treatments are completed over two sessions. A perfecting session is required 6–12 weeks after your first appointment. This can be booked during your first visit, or at the time of booking your initial treatment.

Pain & Comfort

Most clients find the procedure very tolerable, often rating it around 1/10 for brows/eyeliner and 3/10 for lips. A topical numbing agent will be applied throughout to maximise comfort.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Proper preparation helps with healing, comfort, and results.

  • Avoid active skincare (such as retinoids, strong exfoliants, or professional resurfacing treatments) for six weeks before your appointment.

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and supplements/medications that may thin the blood for at least 48 hours before treatment (unless medically prescribed).

  • We cannot tattoo over blemishes, sores, sunburn, or moles in the treatment area.

  • Please schedule your cosmetic tattoo at least two weeks apart from any other cosmetic procedures.

  • Tattooing is not possible during pregnancy.

  • Certain acne medications and some health conditions may require additional clearance before treatment — please contact us if this applies to you.

Aftercare & Long-Term Care

You will receive full aftercare instructions and a kit at your appointment.

As tattoos age, pigments may change tone slightly and may eventually require neutralisation (balancing with complementary pigments). To maintain results, refresh appointments are recommended every 1–3 years, or once fading has reached around 50%.

Previous Work

If you have had previous tattooing by another artist, please email a clear photo to swaycosmetictattoo@gmail.com for assessment before booking. If approved, you may book online under “New Service.” Refresh pricing is reserved for returning SWAY clients only

What Our Clients Say.

FAQs

Who cannot get cosmetic tattooing?
  • Pregnant women
  • People below the age of 18
  • Been on any Accutane (must be off for 1 year)
  • Prone to Keloid scarring
  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation (we require a letter from your GP giving us the clear to perform the treatment)
We strongly advise that you book your touch up at the same time you book your first tattoo appointment with us or at the latest, when you arrive home after your initial appointment. If you leave booking it in too late then you may exceed that period and be charged as a 3-6 month touch up instead as we are generally booked out a month in advance.
Brow corrections are taken on a case by case basis. If you have had previous work, please send us a photo of your brows or book in for a free consultation. Please note, if accepted, New clients are charged new prices. Alternatively, brow removal may be advised before we are able to proceed with treatment.
Measuring techniques are used to obtain equal symmetry in your brows before tattooing will commence. Once the brow shape is mapped out and drawn up you will get to see the shape and alter anything you’d like before starting.
You will get a chance before the tattooing starts to have your input and alter the pencil drawn shape to your desired result. Make sure you are 100% happy with the drawing before we tattoo as changing the shape down the track once already tattooed may not be possible without removal which will be at your expense and not ours.
We have a large range of colours that can either be mixed to make up your brow hair colour or we can match to how you normally would fill them in. We also take into account whether your skin is warm or cool toned.
If you have ever had a cold sore you will need to get over the counter medication to prevent it from happening prior to your tattoo appointment. The trauma caused during a lip tattoo will bring the virus up and make you get a cold sore. If you have taken the preventative medication this also does not mean that you are 100% protected. Getting a cold sore during healing will sometimes stop the colour from healing correctly into that area.
Yes, everything used at Sway Cosmetic Tattoo is vegan friendly.
Don’t worry! The style can be chosen at your appointment. Though the following skin concerns are not suitable for a feathertouch tattoo – oily skin, large pores (in forehead area), acne, rosacea, extremely dry/cracked skin (eczema), or anyone on any medications that thin your blood. If you have any of the previous listed skin concerns it is best to go for ombre shading or sometimes a combination brow. If you still have concerns, you are welcome to book in for a free consultation.
The pigment used in cosmetic tattooing is designed to fade over time which is why it is classed as semi-permanent. Everyone’s skin takes to the pigment differently and results may differ for each individual. Brow tattooing will last anywhere from 6-24 months before a refresh is needed. Some things that may prolong your results are putting sunscreen on when in the sun, and avoiding facial products that are made to strip or peel the skin. Lip tattooing can last anywhere between 2-5 years depending on colour choice and underlying lip colour. Eyeliner is on for life but black colour will still need to be refreshed every 5 years as black will never stay black. A cosmetic tattoo is a low maintenance procedure, not a no maintenance procedure so to maintain you should come for touch ups when required.
