Booking &
Pre-care

At Sway, we offer a comprehensive online booking system that has the most up-to-date availability in the studio. Once clients are booked in, they are directed to the pre-care section of the website to ensure they are informed, educated and ready for their appointment.

Your Sway
Experience

Safety is key at Sway. Once you arrive at your appointment, you’ll fill out consult & waiver forms, and then will receive a 1:1 consultation with Brooke about your permanent beauty design, shape, colour and treatment. Then, the process begins!

Aftercare &
Touch Ups

Upon completion of your appointment, Brooke gives detailed instructions on how to manage your aftercare, along with an aftercare kit. Within this process, Brooke will also book in a 1:1 8-week touch-up and consultation to ensure your treatment is absolutely perfect.
